An accessibility service reads the address and the text of the page you have open, and closes pornography in any browser — Chrome, Firefox, Samsung Internet, Opera and the rest. The domain lists update themselves.

Hard to undo in a weak moment
A self-lock for up to 14 days: while it runs, protection cannot be turned off or weakened — not even from inside the app. And an ordinary switch-off takes effect only after 24 hours, and you can cancel it with one tap the whole time. The idea is simple: a relapse happens in a rush, and a rush does not survive a day.
Network filter
A second, independent layer: porn domains are cut off at the phone level through Android's own Private DNS. It keeps working even when the app is closed.
Short videos
Single-purpose apps — TikTok, Likee, Kwai — close completely. Inside YouTube only the Shorts feed closes; the rest of YouTube keeps working. The same goes for youtube.com/shorts and instagram.com/reels opened in a browser.
Accountability partner
If the protection does get switched off, someone you chose finds out in their own copy of KarosGuard — usually within 15 minutes. You get a one-time 8-digit code in Settings → Who to notify if turned off; they enter it in Settings → I'm a trusted person. Without your code, nobody can connect.
Calendar and streak
Every protected day is visible, with your current streak and your best one. Only you can mark a relapse — the app never accuses you of anything on its own.
Time limits
A daily limit for a chosen app or website. When the time runs out, it stays shut until tomorrow.
HONEST ABOUT THE LIMITS
The app is young. Sometimes it closes a page that should have stayed open — the protection would rather play it safe. The block screen has a "Report an error" button: one tap, the address reaches us, and the lists get better for everyone.
PRIVACY
All the filtering happens on your device. Your browsing history is never uploaded and never sold. The app does not use a VPN and does not route your traffic through any server of ours.
